My knowledge of the petitioner’s reputation, conduct, and activities, including whether the petitioner has been arrested or had any other trouble with public authorities and has been steadily employed, is as follows:

Martin has been an outstanding citizen since his conviction in October 2019. He has volunteered at local food banks and food pantries and used his pet therapy dog to the benefit of others. He retired in July of 2018 from Medicine at the time of his arrest and he surrendered his licenses, DEA and CDS in 2018. He was convicted October 21, 2019 and is since then been volunteering to help others. He has not since had any arrests or trouble with public authorities.
